Hi y'all. Just getting started here... Question

I just got my MMS and was excited to get started. I followed the getting started protocol (or whatever they call it) from the Humble website. I started with 1/4 drop every hour using the exact instructions given. I've seen some people comment about MMS1 or MMS2... I honestly have no idea what I have. The bottle says WPS 28% sodium cholorite and I'm using the 50% citric acid activator. At any rate, after the first dose I felt like... there was too much blood in my body. Like the pressure was really high and my veins were bulging, if that makes sense. I also felt pressure in my head and later developed a headache feeling like there was a ton of pressure in my head. I didn't feel nauseous or anything like that but I stopped taking the drops. I think I ended up taking 4 doses, so 1 total drop. The next day I woke up with the WORST headache that carried on all day even though I had not taken any more drops. It was so bad I had to lay down which I never do during the day. Anyway, I've read a lot of people saying if you have reactions, just cut the dose back but I'm literally only taking 1/4 of a drop! What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

Instead of using 50% citric acid MMS activator, try using 4% HCL.
