I believe I have systemic fungus and have also had 4 UTI's in the past 6 months. Which is the best protocol to follow for the fungus and is diet very important. I find that as soon as I eat sweet potatoes, grains, fruit, chocolate, glass of red wine I almost feel like I am shrinking. I assume the fungus is feeding on the sugar and the yeast. I have tried to cut all of these out but it eventually becomes quite depressing because I basically have to just eat green vegetables, animal protein and drink water. I find it very difficult to keep up. Is there anyone that i can consult with that can advise and guide me through this. I have just recently bought Jims MMS Health Recovery Book but have not had a chance to read it properly as it is a lot of information and I will print it so that I can read it easier. Would love to hear from people who have experienced similar and can share their success. Many Thanks Michelle
