I am new to this site as well. And it is serendipitous that I would read your post. I have been researching the generation of chlorine dioxide via electrolysis of a sodium chloride solution. All of the test results were verified using high-range chlorine dioxide test strips. Using this apparatus, you can make 150 ppm chlorine dioxide solution for pennies a gallon.
