Shan9210 wrote: Is feeling warm/hot and mild sweating a common detox symptom?
I recently did protocol 1000 and got "the flu" 3 times. Rather mild flu symptoms that lasted for 8 hours - 1 day at the time. Also some headache and loose stool. This is Herx as ClO2 says.
2 weeks into the protocol (including starting procedure) I noticed a huge improvement in physical performance. I been doing physically demanding work this week and it literally cost me nothing. 50% better endurance. Only minor increased heart rate. Feel much more awake daytime, and yet easier to fall asleep bedtime.
Not the first time I experience this. Have done this protocol several times the past 8 years and the same benefits always repeat.
From now on I will be doing double daily maintenance protocol in order to avoid having to do an entire protocol 1000 once or twice a year. Because protocol 1000 takes quite some commitment to complete. I tend to delay getting started til cured health issues start reappearing
In addition I'm thinking about implementing Scott's protocol in an attempt to prevent coronavirus getting a foothold.
Well I guess you'll be doing OK too Shan

Some tea before beginning protocol.
Also,
My puppy passed away last night. He was very sick. So obviously devastated.
Is there any protocol for emotional shock?
TIA

And sorry once more but your diet may in fact cause you your health issues. Your condition(s) may in fact be malnourishment and MMS can't solve that.
I would at least add eggs, fish, cheese, milk (fermented). I would stay away from rice, yes even brown rice. Grains in general steel nutrients because they contain anti-nutrients.
The truth is hard to swallow for most vegetarians that eat little to no meat, fish, eggs etc. Shan, I really would try and get familiar with Weston Price his research.
Also, Jim Humle noticed long ago that "meat speeds up the healing process".
Without reconsider your diet I'm afraid there's not much MMS can do for you.

Okay. Then I would reduce dosing all the way down to starting protocol again and stay on 1/4th drop per dose for a while and see if the nausea disappears.Shan9210 wrote: don't have much appetite due to all these poisons. What dosage would you advise for a dog 5kgs in weight who has distemper? I was told that a drop solution might be too strong, but do you guys know how much I should administer?
He has distemper, and we've been turned away from the vets.
