Hello,

I am new to this forum but not new to MMS. I used it back in 2009 with successful treatment of herpes. I have been using it again for only two days now and I feel so energetic. I cannot tolerate it with water so I use a juice that contains no vitamin C. I have been feeling bloated and very gassy, symptoms I do not recall having in the past. My clothes feel tight and I am so gassy. My question is, can I use apple cider vinegar when I am done my 8 hours of the protocol? I find that before I used the MMS I used ACV which kept my weight controlled and the bloating non-existent.

Thank you

I don't see why not.
Which MMS are you using with Citric Acid or HCL?

Lemon juice will reduce CLO2. I would not use it.

You can eat small amounts of food, that don't contain excessive amounts of antioxidants, half-way between doses.
