That's really useful advice, we will start making it up as you suggest. I think the problem all along has been that the dose is weaker than it needs to be, by the time it actually gets into her mouth.

We will get her up to the 4.0ml out of Cup2 as well. In your estimation, what is the greatest amount out of the Cup 2 that we could give an 8.5kg dog who is in all other aspects (other than the coughing) fit and healthy? Shall we just keep going up and watching for vomiting to tell us she is at her limit? At what rate can we increase the dose?

Thanks

On page 305 in Jim Humble's newest book you will find this:

Three Golden Rules for Animals

1. If the animal is improving on the dosage you are giving and/or what you are doing, do not change what you are doing—as long as you see improvement, keep it up.

2. The same rule applies for animals as for people: if at any time your animal seems to get sicker on MMS, reduce the dosage you are giving by 50%. Once the sickness passes and the animal is OK with the smaller dosage, you can try to slowly work back up, but be careful to not make the animal sicker.

3. If the animal is not getting better, nor getting worse on the dosage you are giving, after two or three days, go to the next higher protocol.

I would keep slowly increasing dosing until she shows signs of distress, then reduce dosing and stay there for a few days.
