Greetings, brothers and sisters,
i first began studying about MMS ~5 years ago and DMSO as well. used DMSO to successfully cure chronic neck and shoulder pain that AMA medicine could not. Then i got busy with life, lent my books to one who did not return them, etc.
so now the universe has brought me back to MMS. but it seems so much has changed in 5 years -- there are new formulations, some w/ no activation required, etc.
basically -- i am uncertain where to begin at at this point.
i would like to learn to use MMS for general health for me, but also to inform others as to how it may help their problems.
me -- general health, prevent the 2-3 sinus infections i get each year, lose weight, live long!
husband -- how to use MMS to heal lifelong parapsoriasis
good friend -- kidney issues, apparently they were attacked by a fungus and he is now on dialysis.

so i am seeking inputs from experienced users as to how to kick-start my knowledge of MMS and use of the products. -- what is/are the best references(s)? what are good sources for procuring product? at this time i am not seeking to make my own, and also would like the simplest-to-use formulation that still achieves results. i see there are various websites that sell the products -- but it also appears from some of the forum comments that there are some that are not reputable.

any insights are greatly appreciated. any if any one here is located on the land near me, i would love to connect in person also.

Jim Humble's latest book is your best current reference for using MMS1 with the addition of this PDF file if you use CDS and CDH. And, this file will help with the first protocol you should follow if using CDS, CDH or MMS Tablets.

ya, the book is a must, so is the starting protocol

and no fence sitting meaning taking drugs and mms, that's being double minded and you'll lose

don't play games with amounts trying to get healed faster, that's the mark of a typical american, more is better...forget that, you'll just hurt yourself

remember, on the hour every hour at least 8 hours, more if practicable

keep track with your own lab book composition book to use as a record for all
