Hello everyone My question is can you take MMS (CD) with Alka seltzer...... And what brand of sublingual vitamin b12 do you take there's slot of them and I don't know which brand to buy thanks for any info

Alka Seltzer contains sodium bicarbonate which is known to reduce CLO2 when mixed with MMS1/CDH/CDS. Probably okay to take Alka Seltzer between MMS doses, but better 2 hours away.

I don't have any recommendations for which vitamin B12 to buy. You could check Amazon for the best reviews.

OK I see I'll use it away from mms........ Everything weakens mms so im living on vegetables and fish and water or seltzer...... I only eat one meal a day dinner that's it to keep the mms from weakening your a great help I appreciate thank you I'll check amazon

You can eat small amounts of food between doses. I eat normally when taking one of the SCSs. Big meal after the last dose of the day.
