Unsure how to navigate this forum or how to confirm I was "activated"

I never got an email back in response to my account creation or to the subsequent contact form I sent. On the latter I checked the box to send a copy to myself, but I never received it. Am I registered?

Yes, I originally signed up some time ago. I'm computer illiterate. (So kindly bear with me.) I had the same problems then as I'm having now. Only difference is I've decided to pursue it this time. (I'm improving--somewhat--my computer skills.)
1. Why have I not received the emails from your website that were indicated I would get? There was the very first email when I originally signed up, which was supposed to be some sort of acknowledgement, I believe. Then just Oct. 5 when I went into your "Main Forum/Contact Support" section. I checked the box to receive a copy of my transmission to you folks.
2. The reason I'm trying to get some info this time deals with a friend who has a pericardial valve replacement, along with some other medical problems. I've related the very positive attributes of MMS1, MMS2, etc. to him. His only reluctance is if it will have any adverse affect on this heart valve. This is what I'm trying to research. But I'm not sure where on your forum to go to do this.
Any advice/guidance would me MOST APPRECIATED.

I can't explain your not receiving e-mails. And since it's almost a year ago we may never know. Probably your spam filter caught them.

Be aware there is a "search" function Top of any forum page - right hand tab. (it's best to change the search function to "any date" rather than the "1 year or newer")
