True one should not waste ones time or energy on bad thought! My personal thoughts (from experience) maybe doing a parasite cleanse. If you haven't done one in a year. Sure made me feel better, although a little freaked out with the results LOL!

i think its not a coincidence and it is as i expected, the mms1 got more " power " when i am adding DMSO to every dose cause this morning i had some quite big revolution in my guts and spended some time in the toilet ... and i also took a bath in the evening from 4ml of MMSA with addition of dmso and it must have absorbed much more also than reguraly cause i did not have diarhead symptoms very long. nausea is the first i feel but i can stand much of it and i do not vomit when taken to much mms and mms2 so the gut revolution is the last symptom of my mms protocol taken too much. i also had some cramps under/or in my heart and my kidneys were hurting a little and i think the liver got some hard kicks too. it is ok for now
