Blazebills, the people recommending an alkaline diet are not recommending what Jim Humble recommends - they're basically recommending on their own belief systems. Which is fine, but his is Jim Humble forum. I've made 2 posts in the last 24 hours with information on this - too much alkalinity *which is antioxident* will interfere with oxidization of MMS.

note that tap water contains chemicals, such as flourides and other things - these are really not good for you. You get to choose whether you want to stay away from them. I can't tell you what to do.

IMHO, and this is my opinion, I would eat a well rounded diet of fruits and veges supplemented with some meats (organ meats are particularly good) and some grains - I would notice, if I took a day or two off from wheat, what my body reaction to that was, and determine if I wanted wheat in my diet. Most wheat today has changed from what our ancestors would considered wheat and has been modified to grow to a specific height, and has more proteins than earlier wheats.

Ok i was just asking so an acidic diet wont mess up the mms? And i was just following it because it was suggested by John D. but i know you know just as well as him and thats why i was asking you instead too. Thanks for your answers. And i was just making sure about the tap water. And can you please link where you said that so i can read it? Thank you for your time again. Sorry for my ignorance.

g2cforum.org/index.php/list/questions-about-mms-and-how-to-use-it/24943-in-place-of-antibiotics?start=7#26776

No worry about the ignorance, that's what I'm here for. I can share with you JH's protocols, his newsletters and findings, and my own experience. Afterall, this is the Genesis2 forum.

Two last questions when you take the mms bath can you put anything else in the water or just the mms formula? Also with the spine rub after when you take a shower do you wash it off regular or is there a special way? Thank you in advance

I wouldn't put anything else in the bath - don't want to inadvertently inactivate the MMS.

The spine rub (for herpes) is JohnD's protocol, you will need to ask him.

Another question, where do you store mms when you make a large batch, i bought metal thermoses but then heard metal is no good for mms and cds, so what exactly am i supposed to use when making moves outside of the house? Also i heard plastic is no good for distilled water and spring water. Is this true? Thank you in advance

Distilled water is sold in plastic bottles. They would not be food grade bottles. You can buy food grade plastic drinking bottles to use for taking mms. The BPA is not in these plastic bottles.
Around the home i use glass.
If one used a plastic non food grade,...use it for a week , toss it and get another to use if you feel a bit uncomfortable with the idea.
Ive done that. All plastic bottles just clean rinse them out first with water before useing for the days doseage.

MMS removes ,chelates metals from the body so the metal thermos is no good to use.
