Hello group,

Jim recommended 3 activated drops x 2 per day for maintenance.

What made him decide on that particular amount and...does it matter at what interval?

He actually recommended 6 drops a day as we get older - I haven't heard of 3 drops 2x a day, although that should work - if it were me, I'd do them an hour apart - because for a short period there, you will have the equivalent of 6 drops at once.
