I haven't seen a problem with bread, stay away from breads like "wonder bread" etc of course.
However the best bread to purchase is Ezekiel Bread- It is one of the only breads with 0% Flour, Fully Organic, All naturals from Sprouted Grains, with no preservatives. It is High in Protein, has all essential Amino Acids, 19 Amino Acids in total, full of nutrients, minerals, vitamins, etc.
I have seen no prob with breads however obviously making the healthy choices. Many people have consumed breads and by the time there protocol is done receive "negative" on there test results. In other words in my opinion it does no harm and actually helps many with the constant bloating and "empty" feeling they receive when on a protocol.
You can find Way More information by typing in Ezekiel Bread on Google. It is even the recommended bread by "God" - In the Bible.
Take Care,
John D.

I fail to understand the problem with diet in general whist on protocol! It is quite simple:
eat breakfast as normal at 7am make this your biggest meal of the day, start your protocol at 9am, 1st dose 9pm, 2nd 10am, 3rd 11am, 4th 12 noon, 12.30 light lunch of 2 light poached eggs then liver, fish or meat etc 5th dose 1pm 6th dose 2pm 7th dose 3pm and last dose of the day at 4pm. at 6pm you can eat and drink what you like.

Possibly it's because people have had a different experience than you have had regarding diet on protocol, Amanda Mary. Diet is one of those things that people get really "protective" about - I call it the food wars. If you hang around for a while, you'll see it in action.

Hi Pam,
I was beginning to think it was food aggression. Reading through old threads I can see the confusion but we have progressed so much over the years. I have 17 children Pam, yes that was no typo 17, most we have adopted over the years and when I say no bread, they look at me like they want to kill me. Happy days, stay strong and continue the good work doing good deeds, Mary

LOL, and of course your kids didn't come back and say, "what about sprouted breads, and what about gluten free breads...."
Most everyone, when they think of breads, thinks of what we in the US call "wonder bread" (white bread, made from GMO wheat, where the nutrients have been added in by supplements).
Also, do remember that a lot of us in the US do not have the benefits you have in Bulgaria. I have chickens so I have "farm fresh eggs" - and I feed them organic produce [although the scratch may not be organic, and I'm constantly concerned about radiation from Fukushima (I'm on the west coast]) Also, a lot of our foods are not as pure as yours. We don't have the same GMO restrictions that a lot of Europe has. So, you will find the confusion...

Another problem is that for so many 8 doses in NOT enough for many disease's such as Herpes, Aids, HIV, Cancer, Candida, Lyme, etc. So people are basically taking doses from the time they get up to the time they go to bed. Some even take doses in the middle of the night when they go to the bathroom. For many the progress is slow in coming so meanwhile many want to be able to eat, without feeling weak or sick etc. Basically 95% of America can not get milk from the cow, or Organic Meat, etc, etc, etc. So many take 8 doses per day and get no results. Others do, however for those who are taking doses from Morning til night really want to get some wholesome food in them so they don't have the bloated, empty, or sick feeling. Eating nuts and liver does not work for around 80% of America, that food in itself cause many to vomit just thinking about it, lol. In the U.S. we basically have to try to eat the best we can while on a protocol and at the exact some time be able to feel full and have strength. So many "Herpes" people like to be able to snack on crackers or bread due to the MMS2. MMS2 is very hard on many people to take especially women --maybe just more sensitive, however when taking MMS2 if it is not around a meal with there water and some crackers or a slice of Ezekiel bread, it seems people are then able to actually do it without feeling sick, or nauseated or full of Acid. The #1 complaint I hear is people who take MMS2 on an empty stomach. It seems for some they would rather stay sick than have another dose, this is why so many take a cracker, or bread, or meat as small snacks between meals when taking MMS2. However we try to encourage MMS or CDS doses on an empty stomach. Its not hard, we realize this however for many who have actually ate well, and drank well, have taken so many doses of MMS or CDS and MMS2 and DMSO, etc - they still have symptoms, many don't after 2-4 weeks however some have taken the protocols very seriously and there between 4-6 weeks still having symptoms, and when a "person" gets to that many weeks they want to be able to eat a bit more and actually should be encouraged to do so especially with a obvious diminished Immune System. It's sometimes better to have a MMS or CDS or MMS2 dose lessened of "power" 2 or 3 times a day to get the nutrients in the body, however I feel a few lessened doses does not matter what so ever, especially when people are taking 10-16 doses per day. Immune System must be fed.

Hi Pam, One of the keys for protection is iodine. It will protect the thyroid from radiation. I use it from a dropper bottle and make about a 2 inch run out of the dripper onto my wrist/arm. If the iodine is still visable in a 5 or 6 hrs your iodine take is good. If the iodine stain dissapears in a short time ,under a couple of hours your body needs iodine. The other day I applied some iodine and it disapeared after an hour or so so I reapplied it. This time it was there when I looked 5 hours later. I use nascent iodine. At the moment I have only molecular iodine. A natural therapist asked me if I used iodine to which I said yes. He anyway put a large pour of Lugals iodine on my inner arm from the wrist up, an area about 5 x 1 inch. Thats a lot but the body will only use only what it requires.

Hello,
The MMS2 will be effective 100% the CDS may be lowered some if you have any Vitamin C or High Antioxidants, if not you should be fine. However it is always best to take MMS or CDS doses on an Empty Stomach so you can try giving your CDS doses 15min before food and take MMS2 with a food or snack. However if you are eating the right foods it should be just fine. The whole point is to make sure our food isn't killing our MMS or CDS. The types of foods is what can do this. Meats for example have so much Iron which Oxidize in the bloodstream, will actually help the MMS or CDS. kinda amazing stuff one would'nt realize.
