Looking for MMS recipe for Enema to kill yeast

Hello All,

I have been struggling with Candida for a couple of months now. Had problems in the past, but not for about 6 years now. It seems to have come back with a vengeance. Have done other cleanses, but nothing has helped. Take lots of probiotics on a daily. Been choosy with foods, and following the candida diet mostly as well. Did the MMS cleanse where i go up a drop everyday twice a day. Only got up to 10 drops and was very ill. had to go down a few times in drops, then back up, but had to stop. I wanted to know what the recipe is for an MMS enema. Would like to try this to help.

The MMS enema protocol from JH's book, The Master Mineral of the Third Millenium, which can be purchased as a book or downloaded in PDF format from www.genesis2.org

Use 10 drops of MMS in 8 ounces of fluid. Hold it in for 5 to 10
minutes if you can. Or do the enema any way you are accustomed
to doing it but add about one drop of activated MMS per ounce of
water.
You could also go to someone who does colonics and have them
add about one drop of activated MMS per ounce of solution that they
use

I have an 'aversion' to taking MMS orally also. I do MMS colonics a couple of times a week. Since I do five gallon colonics I usually use 30 drops of activated MMS... that seems to work well for me.

Thanks so much to you both for the helpful info. I also have difficulty ingesting the MMS orally. I did the enema last night, and have eliminated toxins today. Going to do the enemas for the next few days, then once a week. Thanks again!

DylanMZ, you may want to read the article on this forum called The Borax Conspiracy. In it, there is a protocol for systemic candida. Hope this is helpful and best of luck.
