You can use MMS in your ears - From Jim's book,
• Ear ache – For an ear ache, put four drops in half a glass of
water. Lie on your side, fill ear with liquid and pull on it to get
liquid to the bottom.
I know you don't have an earache, per se, but it may help to get the MMS closer to the problem. That's 4 drops activated, BTW.
Sounds like you may have an allergy thing going on there - or at least, when I get these symptoms, for me it's an allergy thing.
For the neti pot, JH gives us 2 options (below) - I do the 4 drop dose per side, but I also add the neti-pot salt (which I think is like 1/8 tsp, could be 1/4 tsp - don't remember of the top of my head, and I have the little plastic spoon jammed down in the non-iodized salt I have set aside for this
• Nose and sinus problem – Make a 6-drop dose in half
a glass of water. Lie down and put 6 drops in each nostril
every few hours until well. Or use a quart of water with 32
drops of activated MMS in it. Rest your head down in the sink
sideways and with a hot water bottle, use the hose to drain
the water into the upper nostril and allow it to flow out of the
lower nostril. Then turn your head over and do the same with
the other side.
• Sinus congestion -- Four drops in half a glass of water. Lie
on your back and put several drops in each nostril; or drain
several glasses to a quart through one nostril and out the
other 4 or 5 times daily until the sinus congestion is gone.

Also, people are saying they feel what I have going on my scalp is candida. I saw in the posts about one person's scalp being oily and flaky, but my scalp isn't that way. I don't have any flakes and my scalp isn't oily, it just itches constantly. I need to do way better with the sugar/carbs. We just got back from visiting our daughter and family in PA and I had sugar and carbs pretty much the entire time up, there and back. Ugh! I know this just feeds the fungi
Thanks again!
Blessings!

Yes, sugar feeds most everything - I'm glad you had a good time in PA, now you can focus again on you!
