hello everyone im new to the forum and mms. i jus recently learned i have hsv2 but may have had it my whole life due to being molested as a child. i plan on doing the john d protocol and would like to know any tips or anything i would need to know, also do i have to do the steps in the protocol every 2 hours? thank you

You'll need to talk to John D. - or possibly someone on the forum here who has done the protocol (and that may have been why you posted the question). The mods are all Jim Humble protocol trained -
