Day 21 Of HSV Protocol Over!!

Well, today was day 21 of John's hsv protocol, and it feel's good to be at 3 week's! I recently started doing the mms/dmso enema's last week, and i must say, it's amazing what comes out of our bodies!! I also just realized I have intesinal round worm's...scary. But, at least there coming out of me...better out than in. I'm so thankful for mms product's, or else I probably would hae never known I was having these problem's. I've purchased Vitaklenz, which is a cleansing kit for worms. I plan on doing it after I finish my hsv protocol. I know this mena's it may take alittle longer for me to complete this protocol, because it's giving the mms more work to do. But, it'll be worth it after it's all over with! I am so ready to have my health back. I took it for granted for so long...sad. But, God is on my side, and I know I can do it!! And, if I can do it, anybody can!!

May I ask why you wouldn't do the worm/parasite cleanse while doing the HSV protocol?

because i was told to finish the hsv protocol 1st..then do it. wats ur opinion on this?? should i start it?

Do you have a sample of your daily diet...a few days or more would be helpful

i eat meat, bread, noodles, rice, and maybe a little dairy with the meat. grilled chicken breast, salmon,, turkey.....no vegetables, or fruit. only cold, distilled water.

No fruit and vegetables? Shame on you.

What is your suggestion/opinion on fruits & veg

You WILL want to mineralize and alkalize your distilled water, as it is too acidic... I add liquid magnesium and Solé water to my 5 gallon glass jug and it tastes like fresh spring water, and has a higher Ph to it.

Arrow, this is JohnD's protocol for HSV, so there's no "shame on you" involved. It's a time-limited dietary plan.

Well, my opinion on fruits, and vegetables is that there good for you....just not while i'm doing this protocol. This protocol requires that I eat protein...meat. Why do you think it's so hard for vegetarians to get rid of diseases?? Because they don't eat meat. The body needs meat to heal properly. Now, after I finish this protocol, I plan on eating veggies, and fruits...but as for now, only meat.
