I try and avoid taking ANY type of food at least 30 minutes either side of taking my MMS,
So you can enjoy your Turkey Burgers as well as taking your MMS.
Bearing in mind that the Turkey Burgers are high processed food which are not so good.

Mm, I shal have to start eating more grilled chicken to lose weight.
I try and eat foods that are as natural as possible" so any processed foods do not have much FOOD content in them. So the more natural the better, although hard to find much these days that have not been processed, unless you grow you own.

I think turkey burgers are just ground turkey formed into patties. Just check to see if they've added any ingredients. like ascorbic acid, as a preservative, but I think they should be OK. It appears that vitamin C is naturally occuring in turkey organ meats, which may be part of the patties -

You could also get organic ground turkey at the butcher's and make your own turkey burgers at home
That's what I do, and that way I can add the spices I like, freeze the leftovers, and there are no preservatives.
