Can anyone tell me if it's okay to drink an ensure plus late night 2 hour's after my last dose of mms? i've lost a little weight while doing this protocol, so i figurd i'd drink an ensure...any advice would be helpful...thanks.

Traditionally, Ensure 2 hours after your final dose of MMS for the day should be fine. You're doing someone else's protocol, though, so it may be good to check with him, just to clarify.
