PROBIOTICS FOR DIGESTION!!

Hi Pam,

No, not from a can but from cartons that I buy at Tescos in the UK. The producer is Kara www.karadairyfree.com/ I believe that they are pasteurized but I hope that as coconut oil can survive high temperatures without degradation then the milk can too!
BTW I bought the grains from happykombucha.co.uk/collections/live-kefir . It's great to be able to enjoy a drink that is not full of sugar or aspartame. I will be buying their water kefir crystals soon.

Thanks. I'll look to see if I can find something similar here. Are you using the milk kefir grains for this?

Yes I am, Pam. I've used the same grains with cows milk (pasteurized, almond milk and the coconut milk. I washed them gently between changes. I'm sticking with the coconut milk because I'm concerned what they put in our milk (antibiotics etc).

My theory is that if a person is not interested in communicating in such a way that people can understand them, then that is their option, they don't need to communicate. However, rudeness to the forum members, moderators and administrators is not acceptable.

I choose not to read posts in capital letters as well, and I am thankful that Pam explained so well the reason why.

Besides, this is one the nicest and most caring forums I have found, and we do not need this kind of behavior here.
