Confusion

I hear about negative ions positive ions Baking soda, CDS using the bubbling out method, the shot method. What am I to believe? I love the results I am getting from MMS1 but I couldn't bear the taste and so have started using CDS,via the bubbling out method. The taste is still quite difficult to take. Using a nose clip helps. What's the latest, and best, and most reliable on all this?

i would say thumbs up to CDS..The taste isnt bad and of course no matter what you take you are still going to taste something or smell it. Te good thing about it is that you dont get the Nauseaous and the diahria.

myself I prefer to mix up 20 drops MMS activated with DMSO and use as a body rub. I know Jim says keep taking it orally but even a few drops make me wanna hurl.
So I looked at different ways to get MMS into body.

Using a shooter glass, brushing teeth first, using juice or iced tea mix, drinking milk to cover taste buds. baths enemas. But in the end I am most comfortable using DMSO and rubbing it on externally.

Looks like a good approach. Does it work? What results do you get?
