answrs???

hello 2 all...ive been on this protocol for 10 days now, and it seems everytime i quit getting ob's, another small one pops up..ive been on strict diet eating nothing but grilled chicken, and rice, or bread...only drinking water. all day today it seemed as if my ob's were almost gone, then about 45 minutes after my last dosage of mms for the day, i ate a fried porkchop, and some mac n cheese. now, i can see the signs of ob again...kinda confused. i know john d say's we shouldn't have anymore ob's after te 2-3 week mark, but i took the mms1, and dmso for almost 3 week's before even starting this more intense protocol with the cds6000/dmso/mms1/mms2 pro78..so, if anyone can help, or has some helpful advice, please respond. oh yeah, one more thing..i also drank some pink lemonade with the meal..not sure if that was a good idea..sigh.....especially since all ive been drinking is purified water all day, everyday..
