No - it's not easy to come by in bulk. I think it can be ordered from China that way, but I can't speak to the quality of the product, I just don't know. In the US, you have to have a legitimate reason to purchase - and sign a lot of paperwork to that effect. Maybe someone in the EU who has purchased flake or powder can chime in or can PM you.
