I"m preparing everything for the parasite cleaning and the protocole 1000. Today I prepared the citric acid with the room temperature water ( 50/50 %) and the water become cooler..its' that normal or im doing something wrong?

Yes the solution as the citric acid dissolves will chill - that is normal.
