I have been doing coffee enemas and they are helping me.

To make it easier I put 6 drops in my coffee the other day.

But now I see Jim Humble says not to put MMS in coffee enemas.

Can someone explain why this is?

One of the reasons is that the MMS will start to react with the coffee, and is not a good combination.

The Coffee in the coffee enema needs to act alone, which is de-toxing the liver ... doing one process at a time.
