I don't know if you're worried or impatient - but be aware - you are not dealing with a huge corporation - just a few people starting a movement. There is not the manpower for them to behave like the business world we've become accustomed to - everyone is wearing many hats.

I heard nothing at all when I ordered Moringa - until it showed up in the mail! And hey now I have stamps from The Dominican Republic as well. :)

I too become impatient for products I have ordered and find myself inquiring, sometimes too early. But I don't think anyone really minds.
