when to eat on1000 was created by insite
Hi there Im on day 5 of protocol 1000 to heal the threat of a root canal, bit tired but also mood very good, after meeting a fair bit of skeptisism and contraversy about the MMS I feel really good about it and confident in its ability to help me keep beautiful healthy teeth, despite diareeh stomach cramps and feeling awful on day 3.

Looking at this site I see some people mentioning about eating on the half hour or eating at least 10 minutes after taking the MMS I have had a look on the "how to use M"MS section" cant find any info on how soon before or after taking the MMS I should eat I have only just become aware that this has been mentioned and have been eating right after taking the MMS , is this likely to effect the efficiency of the MMS?

MMS is "non-specific" - this means it attacks the first pathogens it hits.

Personally, I'd just as soon not have it working on food (even if food is usually not a pathogen!) - when it could be working on the "problems." - So, I separate my food from my MMS by about 30 minutes -

I have been drinking it with like a pint of apple, beetroot, ginger and carrot juice with added stevia ( yum) would this be complicating matters
