Hi,
I am folowing protocol 2000. I must not take added vitamine c products. But i have pills witch contains raw CamuCamu, this is a natural vitamine C. Can i still take them? (i must take them 3 times a day, so i take it 2 hours before i begin the MMS and then 10 hours later after i finished MMS, i take it as well 2 hours later, but i want to know if i can take them also in the afternoon?)
Soraya, at the worse, I would think that if you took it in the afternoon, you might lessen the strength of 1 or 2 doses (of your series) of MMS. What JH says is that food sources of Vitamin C are OK (Other than oranges) - however, using ascorbic acid and sodium ascorbate (which are more intense or specific) are not. MMS only "lasts" in the blood stream for 1.5 to 2 hours, so you will not be damaging any MMS taken more than 2 hours before the afternoon, for sure.

Note: Following is Jim’s reply to someone who asked him if MMS/CD would help a specific health condition they did not see mentioned in any of his books: Every week at least one new person approaches me with the question asking if MMS/CD will help them overcome some new disease. It is important to know …
You have heard it said, “You are what you eat”, but in my opinion, it’s more accurate to say “You are what you absorb.” Stomach acid plays an important role in what nutrients you absorb from the food you eat. When someone is deficient in stomach acid the vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and other nutrients …
The following is from Jim Humble, taken from the MMS Health Recovery Guidebook. MMS is the general acronym term used throughout the world to indicate many of the different uses of a solution of sodium chlorite in water. Sodium chlorite is a mineral/chemical, that when mixed with a food grade acid generates chlorine dioxide. Chlorine …

We have received a number of questions from people asking about CDS and MMS1. In our communications it is evident that there exists a lot of confusion around this subject. Jim wrote in his MMS Health Recovery Guidebook, in Appendix A (page 307) his personal thoughts on MMS1, CDS and CDH. (Excerpts of this chapter …
