HELP! 8hr Day CDS Protocol was created by gualano

Hi I'm fairly new to this, just started 1cc/ml cds

drops mms per hr at 8am today, I'm not eating till 12noon and here is where i need Help when I eat should I take my 1cc/ml cds

drops mms or should I

wait 1-2 our and then take the 1cc/ml cds

drops mms again?.

and it's ok to interrupt the taking with 2-3 our break and then start again? during lunch time.

grateful appreciation for you help and clarification.
