bentonite clay was created by luigimms
i stopped doing mms + dmso on tuesday after reading about bentonite on this forum. My question is what is the suggested length of time to be taking bentonite before stoppping and going back to mms + dmso? I have been taking 1/2 ish tea spoon first thing in the morning and last thing at night.

ps..this is to treat hep c (and any other little pests i might have acquired along my journey called life)

Hi luigimms,

I think you're doing the right thing....

The length of time you take the clay depends on you and how your body is responding to the clay. I first got on the Calcium Bentonite Clay (CBC) to detox from the medications I was given for a hip replacement... that was a year ago, and I am still taking the CBC, I haven't stopped. I used the clay even during the 2 week MMS program we did a few weeks ago ... I just took the clay at night before I went to bed (5 hours away from the MMS) It helped to transport toxins out of my colon that the MMS was creating, and kept my bowel movements going, and solid.

In general... try to work yourself up to a fully rounded teaspoon of the clay for EACH time you take it. Taking the clay always on an empty stomach, an hour away from a meal (right when you get up) and take another dose right before you go to bed. (on an empty stomach, hours away from your last meal)

Also.... ALWAYS take the clay with room temperature water (8oz) never iced or cold water.... and hopefully you are waiting 4-5 hours to go to bed after the last meal.

Hope this helps,

Clint

I have ordered "Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay", from this site:
www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000ZMBSPE/ref=oh_details_o01_s00_i02

It has not arrived yet. I expect it tomorrow.

Can somebody please comment on how good it is or if I should have gotten a different kind?
This one says it is good as a facial mask, but I wanted it for external and also internal uses.
I want to see what it can do.

Thanks,
Joe

Jemco,

For clay that's for internal use, you want it to have a Ph of 9.0 or better, as well as it should be a #325 screen mesh count.

I think the Aztec you ordered IS Calcium Bentonite Clay (CBC)

If you want, call the people you ordered it from, and get the lab work on it for that batch... if they are reputable, they will have it. If they won't or don't give it to you, I'd order of someone else... especially if you are putting it in your body.

its been four days now with the clay, tbh i dont feel any different, i might take it while on mms like you but the problem i envisage is that i take my anti-oxidants last thing at night which will clash with the clay i think, so i would have to take the anti-oxidants earlier...hmmmm its getting complicated

luigimms,

When I did my MMS, I took NO anti-oxidents..... I let the MMS work alone, bu itself in the body .... NO supplements.

Just as suggestion.

Yes, that's IF one wants to take anti-oxidents with the MMS program. I chose not to, as anti-oxidents (as said by Andreas Kalcker) haven't been shown to be helpfull.

Just giving you my experience, and suggestion. You are free to do as you like.

i am dealing with hep c, with chronic pain in my side 24/7, i also exercise (cardio) most days which also oxidizes the body, so i feel need to re-dress the balance when taking mms :)
