Diarrhea + MMS on empty stomach

My problem started 5 days ago with sudden painful gut cramps, flatulence, and numerous normal bowel movements every couple of hours which gradually degenerated into diarrhea. No matter what vegetarian food I eat and how little, diarrhea ensues within a couple of hours, then in another 2 hours and then in another 2 hours so that in the end the output seems far greater than the input.

For the last 2 days, I've been taking french green clay (Betonite) 2x per day and 6 drops of mms with 3 drops 50% citric acid once a day in pure red grape juice.

My stomach or more precisely my lower left gut area continues to rumble. I don't feel sick but I feel weak. I have no choice having the runs but to take MMS on an empty stomach. Other suggestions appreciated.

To start with the 6 drops of MMS with 3 drops of citric acid all at once might be your problem. I just finished doing the protocol 1000 and it takes awhile to work up to higher doses. I started out with 1 drop mixed with 50% ca every hour. The next day I went to 2 drops per hour. The third day I reached 3 drops per hour but then began having diarrhea so I cut it back to 2 drops per hour. Every time I tried to get up to 3 drops per hour the same thing would happen. I finally settled on 2.5 drops per hour that that worked pretty well.

First assess what you're taking the MMS for then look up the right steps to take in order to have success.

I did the same thing... take the clay along WITH the MMS protocol... but, we did ours at least 5 hours away from the clay, and, we did it right before we went to sleep (11pm)

Our last dose of MMS was at 4-5pm.

The clay worked really well in the way of keeping our bowels clean, as well as solid stools... but it was quite a few hours away from the last dose...

Everything seems to be back to normal. I fasted on water 24 hours and took only the green powder 3x per day and my usual 6 drops MMS. My energy has returned and naturally my appetite. Thanks for the 2 replies.
