I'm pretty new at this but I've been taking MMS for 8 days now with goods results so far (breast tumor is shrinking)
My own experience has not been altogether smooth as on my second day I vomited 4 times (oh boy, not fun)
I thought I was following instructions to increase the dose "as fast as you can without making yourself sick..." so I started with one drop and increased my dosage every hour by one drop until I was taking 10 drops in the last dose of the day. The effects of this were slight nausea at around dinner time but no vomiting etc.
I had a great night's sleep and the next morning I started with 10 drops, felt sick reduced to 7, felt sicker and the rest is history.
After seeking advice I cut it back a lot and dropped to 2 drops/hr all day the next day and have increased by only one drop/hr per day
I have heard that many people quit MMS once they experience nausea etc. I expect that some of them don't understand the detox symptoms....
I feel a slight change in the guidelines of the protocols could help to avoid unecessary setbacks
I suggest a clearer indication of a time frame for increase as below
"increase the number of drops taken per hour up to 10 drops as fast as you can ie: over 10 to 20 days..."
I make this suggestion from my heart with the best intention to have as many people as possible get the benefits as smoothly as possible
Congrats on the shrinking of your tumor!!! That's wonderful news.
It's an excellent suggestion - and I will posit that there are people who can move up faster than 10-20 days (and some that take longer -) . I think that's why the statement is "as fast as you can without experiencing nausea or diarrhea" - It's all about what the individual can sustain -
You can send the suggestion (if you want) to JH at support@genesis2church.is for the official protocol. I know I try to tell people to take it slowly, here on the forum.

First facts, MMS does not kill friendly bacteria. What is the difference in useful bacteria and the harmful stuff? Well the feces of the useful bacteria is not poisonous and the feces of the harmful bacteria is poisonous and that is what makes one sick and causes the problems. Poisons have long chains of atoms …
Question: How does MMS interact with various plastics? Jim: In regards to your question about plastics, we really cannot give you a “sure bet” answer. This is because the world of plastics is vast, and like so many things in our environment, it’s difficult to know what is really what. To give you an idea, …
Question: Does MMS/CD kill bacteria and virus? Jim: Antibacterial drugs can sometimes stop bacterial [infections] diseases but medicine has yet to develop anything to stop viral infections. Thankfully, MMS/CD has been known to stop both viral and bacterial diseases. For either viral or bacterial infections, begin with the Starting Procedure and continue following the Health …
Every week at least one new person approaches me with the question will MMS/CD help overcome some new disease. MMS/CD is an oxidizer that fits into the operation of the body in the exact right chemical balance to kill diseases and their poisons and eradicate heavy metals. Drugs must somehow attack the nucleus of the …
In my books, there are times when one might need to take larger doses of MMS/CD. In Protocol 2000, for example you’ll find maximum dosage amounts. Some might take this to mean the more MMS one takes the better. But this is NOT necessarily so! More is not necessarily better, you need to listen to …
Note: The following was written by Jim around 2012, and we are putting it here as food for thought. The subject of “nutrition” in the world today, is quite subjective, with a wide range of factors weighing into this equation, such as how the food is grown, handled, stored, processed, etc. etc. In addition, we …
