Depends on how strong the CDS is. Most CDS that is prepared for selling is 3000ppm/L - and that works out to 1mL = 3 drops mms.

1mL is 20 drops - 24 drops, depending on the size of the orifice of the dropper. If you know the size of the orifice of the dropper, it's going to be 6.5 to 8 drops CDS = 1 drop MMS - assuming you have the 3000ppm/L..
