If I can see the stinger, I try to push it out with the edge of a credit card (be careful not to push it back in, and don't use tweezers, which will squeeze the venom into the place where the bee stung) - then use unactivated MMS on it. Pain should stop fairly soon - as I recall, within 5 minutes or so, maybe a little longer.
