vitamin c

When taking mms can you eat food that has vitamin c in it?

By the way, I didn't introduce myself. I am a wood carver by trade for 30 years. I Have been to a doctor once. It was for a sinus infection and he gave me antibiotics and prednisone and said that he would have to operate if it didn't work.. It made me sick for quite a while and i never went back, but instead started pursuing alternative methods.
I love the idea of taking care of myself, learning about my body and finding new stuff like MMS. I knew products like this were out there somewhere.

Naturally occurring vitamin C should be OK, according to Jim Humble. Do not eat oranges, or anything with ascorbic acid or sodium ascorbate as preservatives.

Hi steve my name is Megg and I agree with you. I HATE doctors anymore. I have seen enough of them for them to tell me there is nothing more we can do for you ...leave me to die!!! not me!! Im a fighter and a survivor and if there is something out there that will keep me alive im all for it and I stumbled on MMS. I think I was meant to find this. Pam is a big help to us all. I added edit page to the unblocked pop up list and am using windows internet explorer
