I need something to snack on. I am sending my son to the store as we speak so I have something to snack on other than JUNK food which i am staying away from for the time being. I have apples but Im talking about stuff that is in packages like cookies and such. Im going to dwindle away to nothing lol I weigh only 80 lbs. I didnt worry about what I ate was more concerned about gaining weight...

Trying to keep my main post active so people know when I Have started MMS or CDS. I made a very small dose of MMS mixture to get me jump started. Pam, let me know what your results were As I will keep you all posted on my journey here. Megg

Uggg...4th dose made me sick to my stomach. so I will only drink 2 oz in a few minutes or when this all subsides. That is why I wanted to use the CDS because of the nausea. I KNEW this was going to happen to me because my system is very sensitive. So just a heads up

Day 2 of taking MMS..Just a little queasy since cutting it down to 2 oz of MMS instead of 4. I have to be real careful not to get real sick for I am by myself most of the day. So far I ma doing ok with 2 oz of MMS. Might take longer to start working but better than getting real ill. SOme of you may not GET like this everyone is different. just sayin.

Day 3 of MMS very small dose - 1drop MMS 1drop Citric Acid with 32 oz of water I added abut 3 more oz of water (distilled ) water that is to my bottle. Symptoms today is a slight cough....trying to cough up phlem...and alot of gas no runs but gas. very little nausea since adding 1 more oz of water. doing better today

Good. At some point the phlegm is going to have to come up, as you know. I'm guessing that the gas is part of the die-off. I get it when I'm on both MMS or CDS.

Day 4 Still alot of gas... I'm more tired than normal but its hard to tell if its because of the MMS or that I didn't sleep well last night.I increased the dose this morning to 1 1/2 drops mms 1 1/2 drops Citric Acid. I do NOT want to shock my body..Its very sensiitive. WANt to take this slow and easy. I well be taking the CDS tomorrow I hope. IT in the cupboard as Im writing this. CDS (Chlorine Dioxide Solution) - Making and Using It

Hi all I forgot to post yesterdays event. I took the CDS yesterday and no problems. I am using the mixture of 12 drops MMS 12 drops Citric Acid and cut it in half so Im using 6 drops of each diluted in 2 oz of more water. DISTILLED water that is. Doing this for a few more days then I will do the 12 drops for a day and see what happens. Nothing to report except I had gas ...my appetite is like I cant get enough food thats a plus for me because I only weigh 80 lbs. so food is a good thing and I was really tired all day. maybe not related....

Today July 25th. - doing 6 drops cds today deluted with water. will report the out-come later

What is weird right now is I have this strange smell coming from my hands. Its a weird smell.. I washed them I washed them with mouth wash..hand cream ...anything to take the smell away and nothing. Not sure if this is coming from the CDS ...never had this before. I sure slept real good last night that I need to mention
