Fiona,
If it was me, I'd use Calcium bentonite clay for your acne, and make a clay mask, and let it be on your skin over night.... it will do your skin wonders, promise.
Instructions:
Any quality calcium bentonite clay can be used as the basis of a homemade clay mask. Mix 1 part dry calcium bentonite clay with 3 parts filtered or spring water. Blend well with a wooden spoon till the consistency of sour cream. Let sit 12-24 hours covered.
Apply a thin layer to the skin and allow to dry 15-20 minutes. Rinse off with warm water and moisturize. Since the clay increases circulation to the area where applied, expect some redness initially. Clay facials may be done 1-3 x's a week.

Ok Macaddict08.
You keep going on how fantastic this clay thing is.
I am sold on the idea. Where can I get some on line and what brand? If you could send me a link I would appreciate it.
So, tell me this clay can be used externally and internally????
Thanks

There are a few people on here who do swear by it Delite ..
Here (in my opinion) is THE best quality clay for internal and external use. (and the best price)
Its called 'Earths Living Clay' ....
earthslivingclay.com/shop/4-lb-pouch-calcium-bentonite-clay-for-internal-use-including-usps-priority-mail-shipping.html
Very quick service too

Thanks for the lesson Steve.
I still stick by my choice of Calcium bentonite Clay (CBC) .... for a few reasons....it's Ph is THE highest (9.7) of all the clays, and it has papers for each batch that have been tested by a lab for it's purity. Yes, there are lots of clays out there that are crap... but the I suggested is top notch... and is used for internal and external uses. i wouldn't even THINK of using the sodium bentonite clay for internal use.
The CBC clay has enormous drawing powers, yes... but I disagree that it leaves the skin irritated or dry.... that'd be a first.
We can agree to disagree I guess.

I tried some MMS that I'd diluted in water on my face last night - applying it with a cotton ball.
The results was quite good, it faded a dark acne mark I'd had for several weeks overnight.
I also applied it to my shoulders which had some dark acne scars on them and I think it helped fade those as well.
