I really don't know what to do! A brief history. Several years ago (9 years ago) I had a heart attack then another then a stroke, then 5 bypasses. Slowed my life down a bit and here I am. I'm trying to clean my arteries out with oral chelation etc.

My main issue right now is that I can't walk very far without severe pain in my legs and hips. Doctors say they can't find anything going on BUT ! I can get maybe a block or so and I'm done, must stop and rest for a couple of minutes due to pain. Went to a gym for a couple of months on treadmill etc, not much help. Exercise is a real problem. I have real problems in the heat, become exhausted in minutes in the heat, legs go and trouble breathing etc. Not whining just facts.. Any meaning suggestions are appreciated. Thank you.

How to use MMS ?

Hi, Specky, welcome to the forum..

Gosh, where to start. <G> I think MMS will be quite good for you - Jim Humble says it also works for chelation - particularly in the coronary arteries - (however, when you've taken your last dose for the day, 2 hours afterwards, you need to do your vitamins and minerals, with particular attention to Vitamin C, (to bowel tolerance) because sometimes the blood vessels lay in cholesterol to strengthen vessels that want to collapse, and the Vitamin C will strengthen them.)

I would start with protocol 1000. Start with 1 drop of activated MMS an hour, and work your way to 3 drops an hour, for an 8 hour day. If you find that 1 drop an hour is too much drop back to half a drop an hour. You will find directions on how to do a days dose in the 1000 protocol directions on Jim Humble's site, www.jimhumble.biz I think you will find that your strength and endurance improve - and you may want to consider doing the 1000 protocol longer than the 3 weeks - if I were in your shoes, I would do so. And for sure, I'd do maintenance afterwards.

Please keep us informed, because there are other options, like CDS, the baths and other adjunct protocols - but I'd get started with 1000.

Hoi Specky,

Be carefull with the MMS in your condition. It might be wise to do the vitamine C therapy first, to strengthen the artery walls.
When I started MMS years ago, I got angina pains after using MMS due to weak arteries and stopped again. After doing the
Linus Pauling Therapy with Vitamin C and Lysine for several month (clearing my arteries and building up the walls) all was OK, no more angina pains and I could start using MMS for a total clean up. Check the internet for the book "Practicing Medicine without a License" and the Linus Pauling Therapy. I feel very much better now, without any heart surgery or stents etc. advised for the artery blockage I had in that time.
Today 4 years later, I'm still doing the MMS maintenance protocol for the "over 70" seniors to keep the pipes clean and the heart works fine now.
Take care !
Sikke

PS see also Jim Hmbles book The Master Mineral Solution of the Third Millenium, page 92, arteriosclerosis.
