It will work, Oke. Read the bottle and see that there's no preservatives - I don't think there are in vinegar - (I think it's used as a preservative, itself!)

hello,
you can try braggs apple cider vinegar if you need a quality vinegar, Also If you have Candida or yeast like that it would not be wise to use vinegar other than that it should be quite fine. Pam should know best than me but I wanted to share this and give you a heads up.

Absolutely, Sally - no fermented products if you've got candida or any form of yeast. They just love it.
