Severe Acne

My son who is 30 has suffered on and off for the past few years from a debilitating form of acne. When his face breaks out, it becomes swollen with large, infected boils. He has been doing the mms 1 protocol for a few months now but kept taking antibiotics prescribed by his doctor. Recently he finished an antibiotic course and decided to see whether the mms was working. I can see that gradually his skin is getting worse again and I know how much distress this causes him.
Any advice would be welcome. Does he need to cleanse his blood and would bentonite clay be an option?
My second question relates to the use of healthy food during a protocol as somehow I'm still confused about this. Apart from coffee and supplements, especially vit c, a healthy diet is recommended, right?

if the acne is red:be carefull with food that is sour,salt and spicy.brown rice is very good for skin.take barley grass!!!check it out!beautifull skin because it takes the sour of your body and stabelises ph!!!!!!!!!!!!
try pure honey on skin.
My cousine got rid of her serieus acne by using pure honey as a facial mask on her skin

Some people believe the Paleo Diet resolves acne problems.

I assume your son is taking Zinc supplements - Zinc is vital to help skin heal and stay healthy

Please look into VCO (Virgin Coco Oil). My nephew also has acne outbreaks on his face and VCO has help tremendously.
