I am about to start protocol 1000 but am not sure how to syncronize 8 doses with meals.And can one take MMS on an empty stomach.? Would welcome advice.Thanks

Yes. Make it a meal after a half hour or 30 minutes can take a dose of MMS. Make a schedule of meals and doses of MMS
The PROTOCOL 1000 are 3 drops de MMS + 3 drops of Citric Acid stir the solution is to wait 20 seconds and add water.

And remember to start slowly - start with 1 drop an hour, and move up to 3...
