DMSO and MMS/CA spine rub gone wrong...has burned my back

Word of warning when taking iodine, it might make your thyroid not work properly or even damage it. So i would do blood tests to check thyroid function from time to time when using strong iodine supplements.
Read one study once that said you won't mess up thyroid if you take least 400mcg of selenium daily when taking lot of iodine.

Also about getting LOT of outbreaks make sure you are not eating whey protein. Never have i gotten so many outbreaks when i was using whey protein from Life Extension Foundation. I was getting 2-3 ob's a month after i added whey to my diet, when i normally get like 3-4 a year. After dropping whey protein my outbreaks are back to 3-4 a year.
I have read lot about lysine arginine balance, but i think if you get lot of arginine like from whey protein even when it has more l-lysine than l-arginine you'll get LOT of outbreaks.

Arginine is nonessential amino acid for adults, so your body can make it. Meaning your don't need to get it from food.

I am back from vacaion... oh what a horrible vacation, some people like me just had a really fugged up childhood, and parents are nonexistant although they both are healthy and alive.... life sucks. I believe in God, I do I almost lost my faith, but my husband does not believe in God. I told him that there is no hell, hell is here on earth, why fter all the things I've been through, I finally am happy with my husband and this hsv prevents me from forming the family i never had. My husband took the test and it returned HSV 2 positive... this is not good combined with his MS.

I went to this lady, she told me to have faith that this can be cured "you where not born with this, of course you can be cured, just have faith nothing will happen without God's will". I feel faith.... I feel that I will beat this. The lady made some drinks with roots and what not...I have stopped mms, to take these, as I wanted to take a break from nasty mms. The bottles drink she made for me does not have a wonderful taste but it is better than the mms taste. The problem is that my husband refuses to drink anything. I actually got the leaves in spanish is "flor de livertad" or somthing like that what Castro from Cuba claims to have cured him, yes!!! I got in in the U.S to make tea for his MS but he refuses to drink it... it is not bad tasting at all actually. The lady told me that this will him a lot.

update:

this is personal.... had intercourse with husband with protection on Friday and Saturday after a very long time since April as I have been traumatized after the hsv back in Feb. I noticed itching today and surely another OB was coming up.... I put some iodine and I think that helps...

I am really keeping my faith in GOD, I have faith that this will be irradiated from my body, I refuse to accept that life can suck so much, I sometimes think what did I do so bad to deserve this and and I deeply sorry for whatever thing i did wrong.

I don't think I am a bad person, I am not a jealous person or a person who talks about others, actually my sister referenced me to my niece that I don't talk or gossip... I really don't know.

by the way I have lost 10 pounds while on mms, it is not like I needed to loose those 10 pds I am slim and petite as it is..loll my stomach looks as if I do extreme exercise... but who care how I look in the out side I would rather look pretty in the inside and he a happy mommy and a "fit" looking person and sicks with this scheisse.

I did not noticed who much weigh I had lost until I was weight my bags and decided to weigh myself I panicked but then remembered that I had been on a diet while on mms and mms makes you visit the john a lot..loll


I continue to remain hopeful and having faith, the hubs feels pretty down too..... I don't know how to help him, my faith in God has helped me, how can one continue on with out faith in GOD?

May help.Just hold the points until you feel a pulsing in both hands and untill they pulse in sync. Should help with the depression also. Acidity is an invitation to a breakout. Lie on your back on a couch or bed and have someone sit in a chair on your right side.
