CDS protocols? was created by jaspodeman
Hi, I am new to this forum. I have just purchased some CDS here in the UK, and am trying to find the protocols for using CDS. I have chronic fatigue syndrome. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you,
Simon.

Simon, use the MMS protocols in terms of amount (so if the protocol calls for 3 drops of MMS, activated, and you have the 3000ppm/L CDS, you would use 1mL of CDS = 3 drops of MMS) You can make a day's dose up in advance, as long as you keep it cool and tightly capped.

Thanks Pam. Just to confirm then, on Protocol 1000, you start with 3 drops per hour, for 8 doses? I have read on the Genesis forum sacraments to maybe start at 1/2 drop. Can you clarify please Pam? Thanks,
Simon.

Simon, if you can start with 3 drops an hour, then go for it. If you have a herx reaction, then drop back. If you're doing the daily MMS (i.e., 24 drops premixed in a 32 oz container, you can drop way back to 1/2 or 1/4 a drop an hour, activated.
The protocol is fairly constant, but we each have to make our adaptations to getting there!

Hi Simon
Get yourself a copy of the book "Your Body's Many Cries for Water" by Dr Freydoon Batmanghelidj.
This book is absolutely the best book I have read on health.
According to the good doctor chronic fatigue syndrome is a symptom of "chronic unintensional dehydration".
Your body is simply shutting down because of a lack of water. You need to drink 2 litres of water each day
with about 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt added.(Don't use table salt)
Best to start slowly and build up over a week or so.
Tea, coffee, alcohol and soft drinks do not count as water. They make the problem worse.
Good luck!
