Hey Judles,
I think we're getting paranoid about what we can and can't have. The basics are to not have orange juice or added ascorbic acid in whatever you use to take MMS with, and avoid coffee.
Vitamin C and antioxidants in food are generally fine but to be sure they don't interfere with MMS just separate them by half an hour. Some will say two hours but I believe the difference in effect would be negligible.
I don't know why milk would be a problem but if there is any conflict just have the milk half an hour before or after the MMS

I tired of seeking out juice with no added ascorbic acid so I just went with milk. Every morning before I let out the chickens and ducks and before I update my gas prices I mix my 2 ml of CDS in a small glass of milk and drink it down. Then, after all my required work is finished I have breakfast.
