Hello
I contracted canine scabies from a friend's house over 16 months ago. Nobody believed me and I let all convince me that it was an allergy or some other disease. I began to trust myself over all others six weeks ago and started to treat myself for canine scabies (sarcoptes).
Almost two weeks ago I began using the Extreme method that Matt Monarch used and felt no movement or bites within four days. I asked my supplier what to do next and they suggested using the bath method which I did twice a day.
After three days of this I was bitten again. (I can feel/see patches under my skin on my thighs, which I believe are nests).
My skin is burnt in areas I overtreated. My thighs and under my arms.
I believe they are in my hair either in a nest or they go there during the day. Today I mixed activated 30 drops and put it on my scalp, wore a tight shower cap and wrapped my head in cling wrap. I kept it on for 35 minutes.
I can still feel them and when I use a piece of sticky insect catcher tape and my 4x magnifying eye glasses plus a magnifying glass plus a strong light I can see whether it is an adult (round dot and dark) or nymphs (bit lighter and not perfectly round).
I am becoming desperate and don't know what to do next.
I have a little dog. I have treated him with all the poisons I used initially and then treated him with MMS.
I do not know if they are still living in my skin or if I am being re-infested by the dog or the environment.
PLease give me some thoughts on this. My head has not been burned yet. I have also been using DMSO with the MMS on my skin ,but not in the bath yet.
The patches of "nests" I used the method where I put a cup over the patch and let the fumes seep into the skin for five minutes. I was afraid to do it any longer.
What do you think? More head treatment.? Add DMSO to the mix and do a scalp/cling wrap every day? Cling wrap the dog? (joke)
I steamed the house, used diametous earth and poisons initially. I am beginning to feel like a leper. Please help me.
My thoughts are that if I kills all the eggs in my skin then anything left in the house or elsewhere will die by itself. I steam once a week.
PS I also have used lime sulphur dips with citric acid. My poor skin.

Hi Faerie. I've had good luck with DMSO 50:50 with water or mms / CDS on the scalp. I think that the DMSO wets their breathing pores and facilitates drowning them. It took more than 1 application. For nests under the skin, try straight DMSO on the spot. Please report your success.

Thank you Paul. I will try the straight DMSO. It is so easy to burn my skin with the MMS and I am so tired.

Yes Becca thank you. The protocol Matt Monarch used in these videos is what I used, inspired by the videos.
It worked where the skin got burned. I still have them in my hair and the soles of my feet.
Today I bought pure DMSO in a roll-on from a produce supply store where they sell chicken feed and horse supplies. This is in the horse supply section and is used to treat sprains and swelling.
The brand is JUROX 100g DOMOSO Roll-on
Topical anti-inflammatory, analgesic roll-on for horses and dogs.
$30 Australian. ( I am in Australia)

Hi Faerie,
I had no idea that mites could infest people, I didn't know anything about them.
I have come across so many suffering people in my search for a cure. It breaks my heart to read of people who have suffered for so long. I know the torment and the depression and the feeling of hopelessness that some feel.
I'm interested to know how you managed to get confirmation from an entomologist? What does your doctor say? I was infested by my cat 8 months ago. Its so hard to get doctors to believe that mites can reproduce on humans. When you ve been suffering for more than a a few months they think you're delusional.
I too have burnt my skin with lime sulphur which is normally used on horses, it didn't help much.
For your dog- get some STRONGHOLD (REVOLUTION) ( not sure what's its called in Oz) from your vet. This is a spot on treatment which is absorbed into the dogs blood stream and will kill mites, this works for 30 days. My cat had mange mites, this cured her.

Hi
I got sticky papers from a garden shop ( used to bait and catch white fly and aphids etc. ) and when I could feel something on me I slapped the sticky paper on it. I had a lot of crawling on my face after I used MMS on my scalp. I would sit with a sticky paper while I watched TV. I found the Entomologist through ringing the health Department. I just sent in the samples.
We got more luck through borrrowing a microscope and looking ourselves using the same method.
My doctor is useless. So are the other five I have seen. I have had a lot of help through Topix Scabies forum.
There is no one cure. I have had most luck with MMS and DMSO....extreme version as in the Matt Monarch you tube video.

It seems my little dog is as infested as I am/was. I have only given him MMS baths. I had to do the extreme version on myself of MMS. I do not know what to do about him, so I am just using sulphur dip at present daily.
Any ideas from the experts.??
