I recently had an accident. I am now swollen in the face, and I am afraid I ingested some blood. I just started mms1 again for 8 hours.
Because I no longer have insurance, would anyone advice me about the swelling please? I have been icing.

Matt,
Get some Calcium bentonite Clay .....probably from a health food store.... and make a clay mask for yourself, and leave it on over night.... you will be amazed at how much the swelling will go down.
