Hi there, I am only just starting MMS myself however I have had alopecia (pretty bad too) while I cannot say anything about MMS I will say I just ate more protien, watched stress and after washing my hair in the shower in the final rinse I would use a tea made of fresh rosemary, ginger, and chamomile which has worked for me... wishing you all the best :)
