I was wondering if i can use the same day made mms1 mix next day or next day i have to do a new mix 24 drops of mms+24 acid plus soda plus 1 liter of water?Does it hve to be fresh mix every day? Can i have coconut-vinegar-plus some shilajit,reishi,ormus herb tea in the morning before taking the mix?Thanks
Ideally you would make it fresh each day but I've found that it doesn't deteriorate that quickly if you keep it out of light. The next day should be fine.
As for those other health tonics I'm not sure what each of them contain but tea for example would have antioxidants so you should separate them by a couple of hours from the MMS.

I see all my1 st day was waste,i had tea twice through taking mms1 mix and had some salad in the morning may be 20 mins after taking mms1.....
If it has a yellow colour - it has ClO2 in it and can be consumed. So making a batch and putting it in a sealed bottle in the fridge will keep quite a while.
Test the theory for your self. Make a small mixture in a glass of say 5 drops activated MMS and check the colour. Then put it somewhere on a shelf out of the sun. After about 2 hours the mix should have gone transparent. That means all the Chlorine dioxide gas has escaped into the air, and the mix is spent and can be discarded.
Repeat the process but this time put the mix into a small bottle with a lid. The put it in the fridge and leave it for a day. When you pour it out into a glass after some time - it should still have a good measure of yellow colour. Presto - sealed cold storage helps preserve the ClO2 in solution - but not permanently.
The mind is like a garden, if you do not cultivate it, you cannot harvest from it.
