hi ,My name is Paul my uncle has tumor size of basketball on the left side of his body,he 's been on CDS for about month now and he was doing ok but last night he's got swollen from waist down including genitals any idea what might happend and how to act now??please help

I'm guessing it is not the CDS, since I've taken it for longer than that.
