Protocol 1000 and Meal Plans was created by Delite
Hello fellow MMS-ers,

I am on protocol 1000. I'm finding it difficult because I don't know what I can consume while I'm doing my 3-drops per hour for 8 hours.
So far, I eat as much as I can before I take my drops. After 8 hours I feel hungry and light headed.

Can anyone tell me what food I can consume during these 8 hours that wont affect the MMS?

Regards

Sure - anything other than coffee, orange juice, or other juices that have been preserved with sodium ascorbate or ascorbic acid.

meat, veges, bread, ice cream, whatever you want. Best to eat midway between doses, but I know people who just eat when the food is ready, regardless of where it falls in the dosing. If you dose right on top of eating, then the dose goes towards the food itself.

Hi there,

I have only just discovered not to drink coffee while taking mms! I thought it was only orange juice.

What is the reason for this?

Many thanks,

Antioxidents in coffee - you can have a cup early in AM and start the protocol 2 hours later.
